CANINE HOOPERS subscribes to the handling practices of personal information as set out in the Australian Government Privacy Act and the Australian Privacy Principles. Where CANINE HOOPERS obtains personal information from persons enquiring or registering for training services:

• we will not disclose that information to third parties unless ordered to do so by Court Order or with your prior written consent

• we will only use that personal information for the purpose of providing you with information considered to be relevant to you

• personal information may be stored in both hard copy and electronic format and will only be accessible to CANINE HOOPERS staff in the course of their employment for the purposes of providing training services or response to enquiries

• all reasonable endeavours will be made to ensure the confidentiality of any personal information collected

• the records containing such personal information will be destroyed when CANINE HOOPERS considers it is no longer necessary to retain them or you make a written request regarding the retention of your personal information.
